This is the first step in the TitlePoint Starter Search registration process.
Your request will be validated by FNF Agency management and sent to the FNF Agency State Manager for final approval.

This form will allow you to request termination of access to TitlePoint Starter Search for a specific user or group of users. You will be required to enter the applicable CRN, and if only select users require termination, please enter the specific users and their email addresses. Once the request is reviewed and approved, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. If you require assistance or additional information, please email us.
In order to complete the registration process you will need to provide us the name and contact information of your FNTG sponsor. If you are unsure who your sponsor is, please contact your FNTG representative. When you have submited your registration form, we will contact your sponsor by e-mail and ask them to aprove your accesss. If you require assistance or additional information, please email us.
Please indicate the States and Counties in which you require Starter Search access. Select National Coverage for all States and Counties. One choice is required.
